Think of the process of
buying a home

Mortgage
(or, a concrete
financial appreciation) is the Engine.
Location, type,
size, no. of rooms, garage, basement, lot, closing date,
etc., all follow the
mortgage. This is a very important step and also an
excellent tool for negotiating the best deal. (If you don't need any mortgage,
proceed to the next 'cars', i.e., location, size . .
etc.).
Always call me or a
Mortgage Broker for even better deals - because,
there are often limited time special offers, or new rates that have not been
posted yet or will never be posted !!)
Experience and statistics have
shown that Buyers who get too impatient to see homes without
doing any ground work with their Agent, end up going to too many
homes, getting confused and frustrated, then hastily choosing the
wrong home (usually followed by regrets or blaming). Fortunately, most
buyers now appreciate the value of being focussed.
